Alfredo I Know It was You (Salmon W/Alfredo Sauce) Abs Diet

  1. In a saute pan or skillet, heat oil and garlic over low-medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add ricotta and milk, stir, then add salmon and simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Thin with additional milk if needed.
  4. Pour over cooked pasta and top with cheese.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
