Cinnamon Cashew Butter

  1. Into a food processor, add the two cups of cashews and pulse until grainy.
  2. Scrape sides down and process for 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and salt (optional).
  4. Process for about 10 minutes (or until smooth) and make sure to stop occasionally and scrape down sides.
  5. Enjoy!
