Reduced Sugar Mosaic Dessert Bars

  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 min.
  6. Stir in remaining boiling water.
  7. Add yogurt and sugar substitute; mix well.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Cut flavored gelatin into cubes; place in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Add yogurt mixture; stir gently to evenly distribute gelatin cubes.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
