Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Hot grill to medium low.
  2. Cut peppers in half, throw away seeds.
  3. Brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil and grill till slightly browned and soft.
  4. Crush Feta cheese and garlic cloves.
  5. Combine.
  6. When peppers are soft, add in the Feta cheese mix to the inside of each halved pepper and continue to cook on low heat till cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Serve warm.
