Stuffed Peppers Recipe
- 6 peppers (green, red, yellow or possibly orange)
- 1 package feta cheese
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- extra virgin olive oil
- Hot grill to medium low.
- Cut peppers in half, throw away seeds.
- Brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil and grill till slightly browned and soft.
- Crush Feta cheese and garlic cloves.
- Combine.
- When peppers are soft, add in the Feta cheese mix to the inside of each halved pepper and continue to cook on low heat till cheese is slightly melted.
- Serve warm.
