Tuna & Avocado Yukke
- 1 cut Fresh sashimi grade tuna
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove the peel and the seed from the avocado, and cut into 2 cm cubes.
- Also cut the tuna into 2 cm cubes.
- Add the avocado and the tuna to the flavoring ingredients and mix together.
- Store in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.
- Transfer to a serving plate, top with green onions... and it's complete.
