Oven Roasted Shrimp
- 3 pounds Shell On Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, Smashed
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a shallow roasting pan or cookie sheet, spread shrimp into a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss shrimp to coat evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is pink, curled and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat butter and smashed garlic clove in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove garlic clove and serve the melted butter with shrimp.
