Beet Burgers for the Grill
- 1 tablespoon finely grated raw beet
- 12 cup cooked oats
- 1 cup uncooked oats
- 12 cup coarsely ground walnuts
- 14 cup coarsely ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, crushed
- 1 -4 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
- 14 cup minced green pepper
- 14 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon ground sage
- 14 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon instant dry vegetable broth
- 6 whole wheat rolls
- tomatoes, slices (optional)
- lettuce (optional)
- mayonnaise (optional)
- mustard (optional)
- Mix all ingredients except rolls.
- and garnish together.
