Salisbury Steak Recipe

• 1 pkg. steak, 2 lbs.
• 1 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1 can tomatoes
• 1 c. water

1. Brown steak in iron skillet.
2. Add in soup mix and tomatoes and water.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat to simmer and cook 1 hour or possibly till steak is tender.
5. Serve over rice.
