Onion-Cucumber Raita
- 1 cup Curd/Yoghurt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 small Cucumber (diced/grated)
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 bunch Corainder leaves (finelychopped)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- Take the curd/yoghurt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk it till it becomes smooth and creamy.Add water to it and mix them.
- Add cucumber,onion,corainder leaves,salt,green chillies & black pepper to it.Mix them well.Chill it and serve.
