Chicken Chili
- 6 each chicken breasts
- 4 stick celary
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 can red beans
- 1 packages chili mix
- Boil the chicken, or use left over chicken, debone the chicken and shred it.
- In another pot use the beans, chop up celary and onion, and chicken, add a little bit of the broth and mix.
- Add the chicken and the packet of chili.
- Let everything get all nice and hot.
- Serve with any topping you like on it.
- And with crackers.
