Waffle with Jelly

• 2 frozen waffles
• 1 Tbsp. jam, jelly or preserves
• 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

1. Heat waffles according to package instructions.
2. Spread with jelly.
3. Enjoy a glass of milk with breakfast.
