Rae's Rice Cake Recipe

• 8 c. cooked rice
• 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 c. golden brown raisins
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon grnd cardamom
• 2 tbsp. butter

1. Combine all ingredients to make a thick pudding.
2. Pour into well-buttered 9x13 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees till a knife comes out clean when inserted.
