Hot Fruit Casserole
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, sliced, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pears, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can peaches, cling, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can apple rings, drained
- 14 lb butter
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sherry wine (or fruit juices)
- Put fruit in a long casserole.
- In saucepan heat remaining ingredients, until thickened.
- Pour over fruit and let satnd overnight.
- Heat in a 350 degree oven.
- Keeps well for several days.
