AlmondCoconut Bars

  1. Sift the flour with the cocoa powder.
  2. Add the coconut and stir to combine.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the wire whisk.
  4. Add the oil, honey, roughly chopped chocolate and almonds.
  5. Combine, and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking dish (mine was 23x30 cm) lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven, at 180 degrees C (355 degrees F), for about 20-25 minutes (mine were done after 23 minutes).
  7. Make sure you test for doneness with a toothpick, and do not overbake them.
  8. Serve with milk or black coffee.
