Fish in Island Sauce
- 6 each fish fillets
- 3 each tomatoes ground, strained
- 2 each onions
- 1 each green bell peppers chopped
- 10 each olives pitted
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 each laurel leaf
- 6 each garlic cloves
- 1 x vegetable oil
- 1 x salt
- Fry the garlic in a frying pan until golden.
- Clean the fish filets and in the same grease, fry the fish until golden on both sides.
- Fry the onion until transparent.
- Add the tomato and the pepper and fry until the flavor peaks.
- Add the olives, vinegar and laurel.
- Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Pour the salsa over the fish filets and serve immediately.
