Chicken Bianco With Fresh Snow Peas

  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Add chicken pieces, snow peas, onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
  3. Cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add prosciutto and cook 1 minute more.
  5. Deglaze pan with butter.
  6. Add chicken stock and cream and simmer until bubbly.
  7. Add the cheese and pour over the cooked pasta.
  8. Add black pepper and serve.
