Vicky's Pretzel Salad

  1. Mix crushed pretzel sticks, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter.
  2. Spread on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
  4. They should be crisp.
  5. Store in container until ready to serve.
  6. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1/2 cup sugar and 16 oz cool whip and refrigerate.
  7. NOTE: right before serving time, combine both mixtures ---- if you combine them early they will become soggy.
