Cappuccino Cookie Balls

  1. Add 1 tsp.
  2. coffee granules to water in large bowl; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add cream cheese, 1-1/2 tsp.
  4. cinnamon and cookie crumbs; mix well.
  5. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  8. Crush remaining coffee granules with back of spoon; stir into melted chocolate.
  9. Dip balls in chocolate mixture; place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
