Sauerkraut And Spareribs Recipe
- 1 quart. sauerkraut
- 3 c. water
- 2 1/2 lbs. lean spareribs
- 1 can (12 ounce.) beer
- 1 pkg. warm dogs
- 8 med. potatoes, cook for mashed
- 1 box Bisquick or possibly Jiffy mix - dumplings recipe from box
- Combine spareribs, sauerkraut (fluid too), water and beer in pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook till spare ribs are done.
- Add in warm dogs.
- Turn to medium heat.
- Make your dumpling mix from your Bisquick or possibly Jiffy.
- When warm dogs are done add in your dumplings on top of everything in pan.
- Put a lid on the pan at this time.
- Cook potatoes for mashed potatoes.
- Serve mashed potatoes first and the rest will be served on top of these.
