Jen's Beer Chili

  2. Cook the ground beef and pork.
  3. Drain and discard the fat.
  4. 2.
  5. Add precooked meat to a large pot with all the other ingredients.
  6. 3.
  7. Cook on Low heat for at least an hour.
  8. A longer cook time is better.
  9. Stir frequently so it doesn't burn!
  10. 4.
  11. Serve with cheese and tortilla chips or crackers.
  12. Note: This can also be cooked in the crock pot.
  13. Less chance of burning it.
  14. It also freezes well!
