Microwaved Fillet Of Sole In Lemon Butter Recipe

  1. Place butter in baking dish.
  2. Microwave on high till melted, about 1 minute.
  3. Blend in remaining ingredients except fish.
  4. Coat both sides of fillets with butter sauce.
  5. Arrange in a baking dish.
  6. Cover with waxed paper or possibly plastic wrap.
  7. Microwave on high till fish flakes easily in center with a fork, 5-6 min.
