Microwaved Fillet Of Sole In Lemon Butter Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 pound sole, orange roughy, or possibly flounder fillets, fresh/frzn, thawed
- Place butter in baking dish.
- Microwave on high till melted, about 1 minute.
- Blend in remaining ingredients except fish.
- Coat both sides of fillets with butter sauce.
- Arrange in a baking dish.
- Cover with waxed paper or possibly plastic wrap.
- Microwave on high till fish flakes easily in center with a fork, 5-6 min.
