Chocolate-Caramel-Peanut Bars

  1. Chop 1/2 cup nuts; reserve for later use.
  2. Combine remaining nuts with next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Cook butter and caramels in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min.
  4. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour over cracker mixture; toss until evenly coated.
  6. Press cracker mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with reserved nuts.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. or until completely cooled before cutting into bars.
