Dressed Up Pita Pocket

  1. Toss lettuce, onion and tomato with dressing, set aside.
  2. Fill each pita half with 1 slice bologna and 1/8 of the lettuce mixture.
  3. Serve each person 2 pita halves.
  4. Enjoy 1 apple per serving for dessert.
  5. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their pita.
