Pork Chops in Pear-Dijon Sauce

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish.
  2. Add chops; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add chops; cook 5 to 7 min.
  5. on each side or until done.
  6. Remove chops from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Add wine to skillet.
  8. Bring to boil, stirring frequently to loosen browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  9. Stir in mustard.
  10. Add pears; return to boil.
  11. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  12. or until sauce is thickened.
  13. Spoon over chops.
