Blender Mousse Recipe

  1. Pour chocolate chips, sugar and Large eggs into blender and mix for 1 minute.
  2. Heat lowfat milk to near boiling in pan or possibly in microwave.
  3. Pour lowfat milk into chocolate mix and blend till chocolate is smooth (approximately 2 min).
  4. Add in flavoring and mix in whipped cream or possibly garnish as desired.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour.
  6. Makes 6-8 servings.
