Blender Mousse Recipe
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2-4 tbsp. brandy, rum or possibly almond flavoring
- Whipped cream, optional
- Pour chocolate chips, sugar and Large eggs into blender and mix for 1 minute.
- Heat lowfat milk to near boiling in pan or possibly in microwave.
- Pour lowfat milk into chocolate mix and blend till chocolate is smooth (approximately 2 min).
- Add in flavoring and mix in whipped cream or possibly garnish as desired.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
