Super Easy and Tasty Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cut the steak into 2 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Coat the steak with flour and brown the meat in batches in the butter in a large skillet stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the salt, pepper, water, and cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the meat is almost tender stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the soup and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and milk cook until heated through.
  6. Serve over the hot noodles.
