Chocolate Dipped Stuffed Dates Recipe

  1. Soak dates in sufficient warm water and vanilla extract or possibly rum to cover for approximately 30 min.
  2. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Soak dates in Grand Marnier (1 hour).
  4. Drain if necessary.
  5. Stuff each date with an almond.
  6. Heat chocolate according to package directions.
  7. Dip date in chocolate to coat completely.
  8. Arrange on wax paper.
  9. Chill till chocolate is set and you are ready to serve.
