Herb Rub for Grilled Pork

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, using a fork or a whisk to get them thoroughly blended.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes to hydrate the dried herbs.
  3. Rub onto the meat and refrigerate for 4-8 hours before grilling.
