Pizza Dough

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well distributed.
  2. Add the water of the water and begin mixing.
  3. Mix until all of the dough is sticking together then empty out dough on a floured surface and kneed for about 3 minutes.
  4. Work until the dough is a ball.
  5. Dough should not be sticky.
  6. If it is then add more flour (a little at a time).
  7. If dough is too dry to stick together, add more water, a tablespoon at a time.
  8. In a large bowl add olive oil and add dough.
  9. Roll dough to completely coat.
  10. Cover with damp towel.
  11. Let sit for 1 hour.
  12. Dough should roughly double in size.
