BOCA Italian Sausage Hoagie

• 25 each BOCA Meatless Italian Sausage
• 25 slices provolone cheese, sliced, cut in half
• 25 each submarine rolls, split, toasted
• 1 qt. onions, thinly sliced, grilled King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 qt. green peppers, cut into strips, grilled
• 1 qt. marinara sauce, warmed

1. Cook sausage as directed on package.
2. For each serving: Place 1 cheese slice on bottom half of roll; top with 2 Tbsp.
3. each grilled onions and peppers, 1 sausage link and 2 Tbsp.
4. marinara sauce.
5. Serve immediately.
