Grilled Chicken Taco Soup
- 2 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
- 2 x tomatoes, canned 2 cans
- 2 x chili beans 2 cans
- 2 x pinto beans, canned, with juice 2 cans
- 1 x corn kernels, canned 1 can
- 1 x taco seasoning mix
- 1 x jalapeno pepper to taste
- 1 x cheese to taste
- 1 x tortilla chips as needed
- 1 x chili seasoning mix Ranch dressing
- Grill 2 to 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces.
- In Crockpot combine:
- 2 cans Diced Tomatos 2 cans Chili beans 2 cans Pinto beans 1 can corn 1 can rotel Taco seasoning packet Ranch dressing seasoning packet Chicken
- Cook on medium for a couple of hours.
- Serve with jalepenoes, cheese, and tortilla chips.
