Honey Lime Salad

• 14 cup sour cream
• 1 lime, grated
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
• 1 cup cubed honeydew melon

1. Mix together sour cream, lime peel and honey.
2. Toss with chicken and melon.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
4. You can either save the lime for something else or throw it out.
