Golden Carrot Bars

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, cereal flakes, flour and baking powder.
  2. Stir in the carrots, raisins and cinnamon.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the water and dry milk until smooth. Whisk in maple syrup, egg whites and oil.
  4. Pour over dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm to touch; turn off heat, leave in oven with door ajar for 2 hours.
