Steak Dianne - Old skool

  1. Chop garlic then add butter cover steak both sides.
  2. High temp for a nice Browning once brown turn down to medium
  3. Place rest of ingredients into frying pan with steak and simmer until desired.
  4. If sauce is not thick by now take steak out and let sauce stand for 5 mins then reheat steak in sauce
