Steak Dianne - Old skool
- 2 cup cream
- 6 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 scotch fillet steak
- Chop garlic then add butter cover steak both sides.
- High temp for a nice Browning once brown turn down to medium
- Place rest of ingredients into frying pan with steak and simmer until desired.
- If sauce is not thick by now take steak out and let sauce stand for 5 mins then reheat steak in sauce
