Chocolate Tart

  1. Melt the chocolate with half the cream and the Kalhua.
  2. Pour into the pre-baked pastry case and leave in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the top of the tart.
  4. Just before serving, whip the rest of the cream with the coffee essence.
  5. Add the icing sugar to taste.
  6. Serve it sepeately.
