No-Wheat Thins
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup flax seed
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- In blender grind almonds and flax seeds until fine.
- Add salt.
- Add water 2 cups first and blend until it is fluffy.
- If it is too sticky add more water.
- Spread on paraflexx and dehydrate for 12-20 hours.
- Flip after 3-4 hours.
- Continue dehydrating until crisp.
- Stores well for 2 weeks-1 month.
