Spicy Persimmon Bundt Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients into the pulp mixture.
  5. Pour into a greased, floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until it appears to be done.
  7. Do the test of using a toothpick and poking a hole into the cake, if it comes out clean- then it is done.
  8. Remove the cake from pan and lightly or generously (it's up to you!)
  9. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  10. Enjoy!
