3-Minute Microwave Shio-Koji Bagna Cauda

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass or ceramic container and mix well.
  2. Place in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes (600W) until hot.
  3. Remove, mix, and it's complete.
  4. I recommend eating this as a spread on your favorite bread or focaccia
