3-Minute Microwave Shio-Koji Bagna Cauda
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Shio-koji
- 3 tbsp Heavy cream (or milk)
- 2 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 Your choice of vegetables
- 1 Your choice of bread, such as focaccia
- Place all of the ingredients into a glass or ceramic container and mix well.
- Place in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes (600W) until hot.
- Remove, mix, and it's complete.
- I recommend eating this as a spread on your favorite bread or focaccia
