Biscuit Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- Brown meat, onions and green pepper.
- Stir in soup and pimento, simmer 10 min.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and place in casserole dish.
- Top with biscuits and butter.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
