Sour Cream Sugar Cookies Recipe

  1. Sift dry ingredients in bowl and cut in the shortenings as you would for pastry.
  2. Add in beaten Large eggs, cream, vanilla and lemon extract.
  3. Dough will seem soft but refrigeratein refrigerator.
  4. Then roll thin and sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 degrees till light brown, about 8 to 10 min.
  5. Half the success of a crisp white sugar cookie is in the rolling them thin sufficient!
