Amogio Marinade Recipe

• 1/2 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
• 3 x mashed cloves of garlic Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 Tbsp. tomato paste or possibly crushed tomatoes (optional)

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Can be served warm or possibly cool.
3. You can also marinate beef, chicken or possibly pork in the marinade.
