Chicken Parmesan Spaghetti
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/2 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 220 g spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Brush chicken with Miracle Whip, then coat with bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
- Meanwhile, heat large heavy skillet on high heat.
- Add tomatoes; cook 7 min.
- or until charred on all sides, stirring constantly.
- Add pasta sauce, cook 3 to 4 min.
- on medium heat or until heated through, crushing tomatoes with the back of a spoon.
- Toss spaghetti with sauce; top with chicken and cheese.
