Croutons
- 1 thin sliced French baguette
- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
- granulated garlic
- Coat one side of croutons with EVOO and butter mixture.
- Place wet side up in sheet pan.
- Roast in 300' oven for 10 minutes, turn and roast 5 minutes more.
- Remove from oven turn over and garlic sprinkle to taste.
- Cool bag and freeze till needed.
