Croutons

  1. Coat one side of croutons with EVOO and butter mixture.
  2. Place wet side up in sheet pan.
  3. Roast in 300' oven for 10 minutes, turn and roast 5 minutes more.
  4. Remove from oven turn over and garlic sprinkle to taste.
  5. Cool bag and freeze till needed.
