Junkie Wings
- 2 cup Butter Milk
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 2 cup Hot Wing Sauce
- 1/2 gallon Peanut oil
- 5 lb Whole Chicken Wings
- preheat peanut oil to 375 Fahrenheit
- Mix the wing sauce and lemon pepper in a bowl, set aside.
- Cut the wings at the joint to maximize space in the deep dryer.
- Place the wings in the dryer one at a time.
- Deep fry the wings at 375F for 7 minutes.
- Remove wings from deep dryer and allow oil to drain for about 30 seconds.
- Place wings in Junkie Sauce and coat evenly.
- Garnish wings with lemon zest and parsley, plate and serve.
