Bacon-Shrimp Toast Boats
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, chopped
- 12 won ton wrappers
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 12 cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped drained canned water chestnuts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat 12 min.
- or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrappers over sides of cups.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Stir in bacon; spoon into won ton cups.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.
