Perfect Guacamole

  1. Cut the avacados in half (you can use any type).
  2. Remove the seed, making sure to get all of the seed skin out.
  3. Scoop out the avocado flesh and put into a medium bowl.
  4. Mash the avocado.
  5. You dont have to go crazy; just mash enough to get smaller chunks.
  6. If you like it creamier, you can throw it in your food processor and pulse a few times until it reaches the desired consistency.
  7. Add in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  8. Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips.
