Cream of Broccoli Soup

  1. In 2 quart pot add water, broccoli, onion and carrots and rosemary.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Set aside off burner.
  5. In saucepan, melt butter and gradually stir in rice flour.
  6. When lumps have dissolved, add milk and stir briskly with a fork.
  7. When mixture thickens, add cheese till creamy.
  8. Pour this in slowly with vegetables.
  9. Stir till water is mixed in with milk mixture.
  10. Add tamari and simmer for 5 minutes.
