Merguez and Dried Currant Couscous Salad

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, brown the sausages in a pan.
  5. Fluff the couscous with a fork, making sure to break apart any lumps.
  6. Stir in the currants and dressing.
  7. Top with the merguez.
