Tacos Picadillo

  1. Over medium-high heat, brown pork, onion and spices.
  2. Salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Add tomatoes and raisins.
  4. Cook covered about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until thickened, stir occasionally.
  6. Add almonds just before serving.
  7. Spoon mixture over tortillas and roll.
  8. Garnish with lettuce, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
