Savory Garlic Beef & Broccoli Turnovers

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp.
  3. milk and garlic until blended.
  4. Reserve 3 Tbsp.
  5. cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.
  7. Return meat mixture to skillet.
  8. Add broccoli; cook and stir 3 min.
  9. Stir in flour and pepper.
  10. Add remaining cream cheese mixture and sour cream; cook and stir on low heat 2 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Place 1 phyllo sheet on work surface; brush lightly with butter.
  13. Repeat with second phyllo sheet; cover with third phyllo sheet.
  14. (Do not brush top sheet with butter.).
  15. Cut phyllo stack lengthwise in half with pizza cutter.
  16. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets to make 16 strips.
  17. Spoon 3 Tbsp.
  18. meat filling onto 1 end of 1 phyllo strip, about 1 inch from corner.
  19. Fold over opposite corner to form triangle.
  20. Continue folding, like a flag, to opposite end.
  21. Repeat with remaining phyllo strips.
  22. Place turnovers, seam sides down, on baking sheets; brush with remaining butter.
  23. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  24. or until golden brown.
  25. Mix reserved cream cheese mixture and milk.
  26. Place turnovers on platter; drizzle with cream cheese mixture.
  27. Sprinkle with parsley.
